We professionally stage and reorganize the home's contents, pricing items at fair market value with dedicated research on unique or extraordinary pieces to maximize your return.

We create photo documentation and video walkthroughs, then distribute marketing to our repeat buyer list and post across multiple estate sale listing websites by location and date.

Sale Day(s)!

Events typically run Friday–Saturday (sometimes longer). Our staff manages access, payments, and continuous reorganization. Pre-sale access may be offered to trusted buyers for premium items.
