Who We Are
The Estate Sale House is a family-owned and operated Southern California company providing professional estate sales, cleanouts, and coordinated home-transition services.
Our experienced team helps families through downsizing, relocation, retirement, probate, trust administration, and estate settlement. From the initial consultation through final accounting, we manage each sale with organization, professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail.
Why We Started The Estate Sale House
As experienced California Real Estate Brokers, Marcos and Yanet Orozco spent years helping families navigate probate, trust, inherited properties, downsizing, and other major life transitions. Many of those families also needed help managing and selling the contents of their homes.
For years, they referred clients to outside estate sale companies—until one family had a disappointing experience marked by poor communication, a confusing process, and a lack of transparent accounting. Because they had made the referral, Marcos and Yanet felt personally responsible.
That experience inspired them to create The Estate Sale House—a company built to provide families with the integrity, professionalism, communication, and transparency they believed every family deserved.

Estate Sale House was founded by husband-and-wife team Marcos and Yanet Orozco after recognizing a growing need among the families they were already serving through their real estate business.
Over the years, Marcos and Yanet helped more and more clients through significant transitions, including retirement, downsizing, estate settlement, probate, and trust-related decisions. As part of that process, they often referred families to estate sale companies.
One referral changed everything.
A family they referred came away deeply disappointed. The process was confusing, the accounting lacked transparency, and after the sale was complete, they received far less than they expected. Marcos and Yanet felt responsible—and realized that families deserved a better experience.
That experience inspired them to create Estate Sale House: a company built on compassion, integrity, communication, and complete transparency. Their mission is simple: to treat every family with the same care and respect they would want for their own.

Yanet Orozco
Co-Founder
Yanet is a California Real Estate Broker with more than 20 years of experience and a degree in Psychology from Cal State San Bernardino. Known for her compassion, communication, and client-focused approach, she understands that estate sales, inherited properties, and major life transitions often come during emotional and overwhelming times. Yanet focuses on guiding families through the process with empathy, clarity, and confidence while helping coordinate the many moving pieces that can come with an estate or property transition.
Marcos Orozco
Co-Founder
Marcos is a real estate professional specializing in probate and estate-related sales, with a relationship-first approach built on trust, communication, and personal service. He works closely with families to understand their goals and guide them through the real estate process from beginning to end. As a licensed California contractor with a degree in Construction Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona, Marcos also brings valuable construction and property expertise when a home needs repairs, preparation, or renovation before it is sold.
Mary Velez
Director of Estate Sale Operations
With more than 10 years of hands-on estate sale experience, Mary brings both expertise and compassion to every family she works with. She understands that an estate sale is often about much more than selling belongings and takes pride in helping families through the process with patience, respect, and genuine care. Mary oversees the preparation and execution of our estate sales, ensuring each home is thoughtfully organized, professionally managed, and treated with the attention it deserves.
